Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

I bought glue in hair extensions and had them put in by a friend. They look great, but for some reason every time i get ouf of the shower i end up having to put them back in again because they keep coming lose! i dont know if this is normal or what, my friend says it shouldn't be happening. I bought a special shampoo and everything, is it possibly the glue that is bad or am i doing something wrong?

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

Then don't but Elmers Glue

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

paying all that money is pointless when you can go to a salon and get it professionaly done there. it might be a little more but you dont have to keep putting it back on and it looks much more better.

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

u doing sumthing wrong why u think they falling off......daaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

That is very bad glue. I would try Bond it is the best to use and doesn't come out for weeks.

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

FIrst of all extensions damage you hair, and most women who get them don't shampoo their hair.

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

the hair extension should not be coming out when shampooed.... I do not think something is wrong with the glue. it could be how the extensions r applied.

1. are you applying yourself? and if so r u applying directly onto the scalp. the oil of the scalp will not let the glue complete its job.

2. if a professional is applying them, head back to the salon and have them reapply. Any pro should stand by their work unless they have given you specific directions that were not followed.

Lastly, if you r doing this yourself stop! Pay a pro. don't you know you can damage your natural hair by applying glue improperly.

do buy the hair extensions that have small comb like clips that attach to the hair these can go in at your convenience and be taken out when you take a shower.

that is what every professional uses on actors and models for photo shoot, award shows, important events.

as far as I'm concerned it is the only way to go

Hair extension glue problems!!!!!!!?

Seriously dont listen to these people. because if you had the money to go to a salon and get it done you would have, and if your friend did it good for you then its okay. and of course your doing something wrong but she has already pointed that out people. duh. let me tell you what to do.

First be sure you have the right glue, it shouldn't be the one that you have to brush on like finger nail polish. that one sucks!!. get the bond glue just for tracks. its black. and comes in a tiny bottle. that u can store in your purse just in case. lol. only like a dollar. plus tax. when putting the tracks in make sure your hair is completely dry because the glue bonds better to dry hair. then wrap your hair in a scarf for like 30 mins, but DONT USE OIL SHEEN!!! oil sheen losens the glue and makes the tracks slide. and dont wash your hair because this will also make the tracks slide. style as you wish. but i must say never leave tracks on hair longer than a week or two weeks depending on what they look like after the first week. and dont just snatch the tracks out this breaks the hair. there is something you can use thats usually in a white bottle to losen the track so that it doesnt break off you hair.

Hair extension remover???

i have fusion hair extensions with keratin glue....and needed to know where was the best place to get the remover solution (online) and whats the best kind...please and thank you!!!!

Hair extension remover???

Liquid Gold Bond Remover is the best. If your apply it to the glue and use your blowdryer it should slide right off. Or you could do a home remedy of baby oil and acetone. Beware if your hair is color treated it does slightly lighten your color

Hair extension remover???

well u can go to a hair place were ever u got the exstentions is were u get them off

I just cut my hair, and now im getting the jessica simpson hair extension, will my hair look scene?i

i really dont like my hair cut and its about the length of my collar bones, so do you think my hair will look scene when i get the extensions or will it look normal, cuz i want my old hair backkk!!

I just cut my hair, and now im getting the jessica simpson hair extension, will my hair look scene?i want it 2

Scene hair isn't really about the cut of the hair, it's about the way it's styled and coloured.

Scene hair originates from Manga styles (japanese cartoons) and is a more punk version of the "emo style" and usually still attributes as a long sweeping side fringe (though not always required.)

Scene hair can be about being yourselves, the aim is to just do what you think looks goodon you!

I found a website for you full of examples:

When it comes to dye, just think about the colours that suit you best and that you wouldn't mind having in your hair, pink, red, black and blonde streaks and the mose popular colours.

Style:

1. Wash and condition

2. towel dry

3. Use styling mouse or gel to brush backwards

4. Style around your face, have spiky bits at the back if you want.

Finish off with a cute DIY accessory, bow or necklace, such as something from LoveBites and Bruises: http://www.lovebitesandbruises.com

This will show a flair of originality that scenesters try to go for to make them stand out and be original.

Best of luck with it! :)

Uh, Jessica Simpson extension? Are you talking about those shitty clip in Ken Paves HairDo extensions?

They don't look natural, and the clip ins slide out if your hair is fine.

I just cut my hair, and now im getting the jessica simpson hair extension, will my hair look scene?i want it 2

Your hair will look like its in layers so thats a good thing.

I just cut my hair, and now im getting the jessica simpson hair extension, will my hair look scene?i want it 2

i bought the jeesica simpson hair extension a couple weeks ago. it is really easy to use, but it definitely doesnt look natural. because it is synthetic, you can tell that the textures change, instead of just blending in with your normal hair.

I just cut my hair, and now im getting the jessica simpson hair extension, will my hair look scene?i want it 2

no.. you won't look "scene" and jessica simpson hair extensions are really extensive.. like 200 and more.. you can get wigs which are a lot easier..

Great Lengths Hair Extension in Canada pricing and tips please!?

My hair used to be down to my waist, wavy not curly, and I stupidly got it layered last week and I miss my long hair now. I'm wanting to know how much it would approximately cost me to get human hair extensions (Great Lengths seems the brand/way to go) to get it back to what it was. Should I check out Ebay and buy some extensions there? And if so, would a hairstylist use them or do I have to purchase their brand? I'm trying to save $$$ if possible. On ebay it says you can buy different amounts of strands so how many does someone typicallly need? And I keep seeing Remy or Femy real hair? is there a trusted brand on ebay I can safely buy? I mostly want the length back, it doesn't have to be super full of volume. Can someone help me before I make another mistake? Thx!

Great Lengths Hair Extension in Canada pricing and tips please!?

Go to a salon that does extensions and talk to them about it. Explain to them that you would like to save $$$$ and ask if it's ok to bring in hair that you purchased instead of purchasing it from the salon. My guess is they will say no to that only because they would want to ensure the quality and integrity of the hair they are using in your hair. Good luck!!!!

Couple of hair extension questions?

I am getting clip in hair extensions, and I heard the ones from Sally Beauty Supply (http://www.sallybeauty.com/sallybeauty.c... are really good. I am planning on getting the real hair clip in's because they're real hair.

I have thick, brown straight hair, btw.

1) Which extensions are best for me (length, color, etc.) A LINK WOULD BE GREAT!

2) Where do you clip them in?

Couple of hair extension questions?

i used to have sally's ones.

they are good - only if you look after them.

u need about 2 sets.

seperate your hair in half then clip them in..

and then put the other set underneath the 1st ones.

that turns out nice. xD
