I would like to know if you get extensions if it would damage your natural hair....

and has anyone used the clip on hair extensions?

I have worn Human hair extensions for the past 12 months...replacing them every 2 months. About a month ago I removed them totally %26amp; found my natural hair was damaged beyond expected. I lost quite alot of my natural hair cos when you use the "glue" karatin tipped extensions it doesn't always remove without taking real hair with it...so I have alot of broken ends.

Althought I must say...damn I looked good with 26 inchs of flowing hair. In the short term...clip ins are great as long as you fasten them well.

My advice is use clip ins %26amp; get someone else to put them in for you.

They damage your hair BADLY! I don't know about the clips.

Hey! My girlfriend just got the clip on hair extensions about a week ago and she really loves them. She takes them out sometimes when we go swimming and stuff and it hasnt damaged her hair at all. If you are really worried about it though, you might want to ask the stylist at the salon where you are considering buying them!
