Scene Hair Extensions?

I'm getting extensions next week, and I want to know how I can get them to look like this? I'm getting the kind that you have to glue in.

I'm not talking about the patterns or color of their hair, I know how to do that already. I'm talking about how do I get my hair to look like that kind of style?

Ok i got extensions like 2 years ago. Since your getting the glue in ones, be careful the first couple days not to yank on them too hard. what to do is when you go and get your hair cut, tell them you want short choppy layers with razor cut ends. (they will know exactly what your talking about)Tell then you want the layers to start right above the ears. tell them to not layer the extensions to much because thats how you get the more "Poofy" layers on top and you keep the extensions straight.....

now, when its all cut/colored etc... buy bed head cement hairspray and a fine tooth comb. TEASE like crazy but dont tease the extensions. this will get you that look you want.

of course it never hurts to bring in those pictures to the salon and they can explain it to you again. :)

Get LOTS of layers. And when you're ready to style it, tease it with a comb and use some sort of hairspray to hold it in place. And attach the extensions. Good luck! :]

Btw, I'd recommend clip-in extensions instead of glue-in ones. They're cheaper and they won't damage your hair.

To style - backcombing and a lot of hairspray!
