Is there hair extensions that can be sewn to your head?

Are they dangerous? I have thin hair, so I would like to get an extension. Can you get wavy, then striaghten it your self?

i have never got mine sewn in i have had them glued but a friend of mine told me that sewing them is so much safer then glueing them ..i have thin hair also and the glue tore alot of my hair out ...so i would say get it sewn in. and yea they have wavy u can striaghten yourself, but make sure its human hair (its more expensive, but worth it) the fake hair will melt. It looks silly. dont know if it would work for you if youre thin all over...

Haie extentions are dangerous at all. They could already come straight, wavy, and curly if you want it to be. The problem with them is the maintenace. It may look good for maybe a couple of weeks but afterward it looks really trashy and nasty. Talk to your hairstlyist on how to maintain it.

No hair extensions arent dangerous the thing about getting them sewn in they have to corn-row your hair and having fine hair or tender head it could hurt and tear some hair..A good hair extension specialist shouldnt hurt you. The braids should be tight, but not too tight to where it causes pain. I had mine sewn it but they dont last because when your hair starts to grow out they get really loose. The glue on wefts arent bad either as long as you use a glue removing oil to loosen the glue without it tearing your hair out. Theres soo many methods in getting hair extensions, micro link, fusing, shrinkies, cold fusion, sew,etc..so many!! My favorite is the shrinkie and fusion method. They hide and blend in soo well and they last up to 6 months. Hair is usually 100 percent human hair and you can style it like normal but you have to be careful not to pull to hard and you cant put chemicals on them.
